Scope of application1.1 When you register for a GDU product app account, you are required to provide personal registration information according to the requirements of the app; 1.2 When you use the GDU product network service or visit the GDU product platform webpage, GDU products automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you require; 1.3 In order to identify your device ID, prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address), information about applications you install, or information about running processes. 1.4 In order to monitor the errors and exceptions of GDU Flight II and optimize and upgrade the platform, we will collect the abnormal operation information of the application software. 1.5 Users are strictly prohibited from posting harmful information on GDU products, such as nudity, pornography and profane content. We will review the posted content. Once any harmful information is found, all permissions of the user will be disabled and the account will be frozen. 2. How we collect and use your personal informationWhen we provide services, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, legality, transparency, and minimum necessity, and for the purposes stated in this policy. 2.1 Unless otherwise provided by law, GDU Products will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal login information to unrelated third parties. If our storage is repaired or upgraded, we will send a push message to notify you in advance. Please allow GDU product message notification in advance. 2.2 GDU Products does not allow unrelated third parties to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any GDU Product platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, GDU Products has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user. 2.3 For the purpose of serving users, GDU Products may use your personal information to provide you with information that interests you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with GDU Product partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 2.4 Exceptions to consent Please be aware that we do not need your authorization or consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances: (1) Those related to national security and national defense security; (2) Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests; (3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment; (4) For the purpose of protecting the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual; (5) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of personal information on his/her own accord; (6) Your personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels; however, this does not apply if you explicitly refuse or if processing of such information infringes upon your major interests. Account registration, cancellation and identity authentication3.1 Register and log in to your account When you register and log in to a GDU product, you can create an account using your mobile phone number or email address, and you can complete relevant personal information, including passwords, etc. This information is collected to help you complete the registration. 3.2 Account cancellation You can cancel your GDU account through [Personal Center] - [Account and Information] - [Cancel Account] in the upper right corner of the main interface. After you cancel your GUD account, we will stop providing you with relevant products/or services of GDU, and process your personal information through anonymization and other methods in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or delete personal information related to your account, unless otherwise specified by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities on the storage period of user information. 3.3 Identity Authentication When you use the identity authentication function or related services, according to relevant laws and regulations, you may be required to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to complete real-name verification. This part of the information is sensitive personal information and you can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain functional applications or related services. 3.4 Device information We will receive and record information about the device you are using based on the specific permissions you have authorized for software installation and/or use, including your device model, operating system version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code (including IDFA, IDFV, IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, AAID, VAID), screen resolution, device environment and other software and hardware feature information, and information about the location of the device (including but not limited to IP address, GNSS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base station sensor information that can provide relevant information, etc.).
