GDU-Tech Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company established in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "GDU", including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, etc.). GDU Products will update this privacy policy from time to time. About Us

GDU Flight Ⅱ APP, GDU related mini programs and GDU official website (www.gdu-tech.com), etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as [GDU products]) are Internet products and services developed and provided by GDU-Tech Co., Ltd.

1. Scope of application

1.1 When you register for a GDU product app account, you are required to provide personal registration information according to the requirements of the app;

1.2 When you use the GDU product network service or visit the GDU product platform webpage, GDU products automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you require;

1.3 In order to identify your device ID, prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address), information about applications you install, or information about running processes.

1.4 In order to monitor the errors and exceptions of GDU Flight II and optimize and upgrade the platform, we will collect the abnormal operation information of the application software.

1.5 Users are strictly prohibited from posting harmful information on GDU products, such as nudity, pornography and profane content. We will review the posted content. Once any harmful information is found, all permissions of the user will be disabled and the account will be frozen.

2. How we collect and use your personal information

When we provide services, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, legality, transparency, and minimum necessity, and for the purposes stated in this policy.

2.1 Unless otherwise provided by law, GDU Products will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal login information to unrelated third parties. If our storage is repaired or upgraded, we will send a push message to notify you in advance. Please allow GDU product message notification in advance.

2.2 GDU Products does not allow unrelated third parties to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any GDU Product platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, GDU Products has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

2.3 For the purpose of serving users, GDU Products may use your personal information to provide you with information that interests you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with GDU Product partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

2.4 Exceptions to consent

Please be aware that we do not need your authorization or consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) Those related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

(4) For the purpose of protecting the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

(5) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of personal information on his/her own accord;

(6) Your personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels; however, this does not apply if you explicitly refuse or if processing of such information infringes upon your major interests.

3. Account registration, cancellation and identity authentication

3.1 Register and log in to your account

When you register and log in to a GDU product, you can create an account using your mobile phone number or email address, and you can complete relevant personal information, including passwords, etc. This information is collected to help you complete the registration.

3.2 Account cancellation

You can cancel your GDU account through [Personal Center] - [Account and Information] - [Cancel Account] in the upper right corner of the main interface. After you cancel your GUD account, we will stop providing you with relevant products/or services of GDU, and process your personal information through anonymization and other methods in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or delete personal information related to your account, unless otherwise specified by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities on the storage period of user information.

3.3 Identity Authentication

When you use the identity authentication function or related services, according to relevant laws and regulations, you may be required to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to complete real-name verification. This part of the information is sensitive personal information and you can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain functional applications or related services.

3.4 Device information

We will receive and record information about the device you are using based on the specific permissions you have authorized for software installation and/or use, including your device model, operating system version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code (including IDFA, IDFV, IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, AAID, VAID), screen resolution, device environment and other software and hardware feature information, and information about the location of the device (including but not limited to IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base station sensor information that can provide relevant information, etc.). Flight data (including but not limited to sensor data, navigation system data, device data, control data, flight restriction data, and environmental perception visual data, etc.), we may also collect your product usage log records, IP addresses that access our products or services, time information, etc. If you refuse to grant us the corresponding permissions during installation and/or use, we will not collect the above corresponding information from you.

4. Disclosure of Information

Under the following circumstances, GDU Products will disclose all or part of your personal information based on your personal wishes or legal provisions:

4.1 We will not disclose it to unrelated third parties without your prior consent;

4.2 In order to provide the products and services you request, your personal information must be shared with third parties;

4.3 Disclose to third parties or administrative or judicial agencies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial agencies;

4.4 If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the GDU Product Service Agreement or related rules, you need to disclose it to a third party;

4.5 If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint with the competent authority, you shall disclose it to the respondent at the request of the respondent or the competent authority so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes.

5. Information storage and exchange

5.1 Where information is stored

In principle, the personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. The information and materials we collect about you will be stored on the servers of GDU Products and (or) its affiliated companies, and such information and materials may be transmitted to your country, region or overseas where GDU Products collects information and materials and be accessed, stored and displayed overseas.

5.2 Duration of storage of information

We promise to store your personal information for a reasonable and necessary period of time in accordance with the law. We will delete your personal information after the reasonable and necessary period has expired.

When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

If you have not logged in to your account for 180 days, we have the right to delete your account information.

6. Use of third-party SDK

6.1 In order to provide and optimize our services, third-party SDKs may be embedded in our APPs. These third-party SDKs may collect your personal information while helping us provide you with more comprehensive services. We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your personal information by third-party SDKs to ensure that your personal information is effectively protected.

6.2 Below we list the names of the third-party SDKs currently used and the purposes of collection and use. If you have any questions about the collection of your personal information by a third party through an SDK, please refer to the third party's privacy policy.

7. Minors Clauses

7.1 Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their guardians.

7.2 In the case of collecting personal information of minors with the consent of their guardians, we will only use or disclose this information with the explicit consent of the guardian as permitted by law or when it is necessary to protect minors.

7.3 Although local laws and customs may define a minor differently, we consider anyone under the age of 16 to be a minor.

When your personal information is transferred within or outside your jurisdiction of residence, the receiving entity will protect it by following the same or higher levels of security practices and data protection that we adhere to.

9.2 If we allow any third party to collect and use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such third parties do not further disclose the personal information.

9.3 If it is necessary to disclose your personal information to authorized law enforcement agencies, public institutions or other judicial departments and organizations, we will disclose this information after receiving a written request from such organizations.
